Following almost the same course used by the Short Track Dirt Crit Mountain Bike Races, the 2.4 mile course set for the first session of the Off-Road Racing League Trail Run Series will feature a mostly flat 2-loop course. The trail crosses Keifer Creek twice and is run mostly under the cover of Castlewood State Park’s forest. (Big plus!)
Click here to view the entire course.
And after you’re done, we’ll have plenty of food and drink (of the adult type!) available thanks to The Wolf Public House and tons of prizes to give away as well from Alpine Shop.
Registration is still open for both the entire series – 4 races for $50. Or you can sign up for individual races for $15 each.
All results will be posted here along with bigriverrunning.com.
See you there!
Is there a map available for this race?
Can you register the day of the event?
Pete-
Sorry about that. Forgot to include the map originally. The link is updated now.

Allie-
Yes, you can, as long as we have space available. If possible, though, we really appreciate advance registrations so we have an accurate account for food and beverages. Thanks for your interest – it should be a lot of fun!

I don’t see the option to sign up for the whole series, but it looks like I can sign up for all four races individually. Am I missing something?
The registration page has been updated. You can sign up for the series for $50.
It looks like there is still just the 4 dates, but no series registration? Thanks!
Should be fixed now. Sorry about that folks. The Series link will be live until 2 pm tonight, Thursday, August 4. After that, it’ll just be single race registrations. You can still register on location at the races tonight.- todd
