Brian Lyons, overall first place in the race, has now won five straight Trail Run Series runs going back to the first race of the 2011 season. His time of 13:38:5 on the 2.4 mile course was nearly 25 seconds faster than second place Matt Dirnbeck’s time of 14:02.7 and 45 seconds faster than third place Kyle Cameron’s 14:22:0. The top women’s finisher was Sunny Gilbert who completed the course in 15:25.3. Also a big shout out here to the four under 20-year olds, in the race including top finisher 12-year-old Jonas Wright who finished the course in 18:24.)
